Ya, a lot of the shots have to do with sharpening issues. Use the suggestions Stef described above. Also, hire someone professionally to do your logo. It needs a lot of work, IMO.

Well larger people are paying customers too. Plus, there are more larger people in the US than skinny people. I think the problem I see with most larger people photos is that they are harder to take than a size 2 model. You actually have to think about it. The person knows they are large, but they still want to look beautiful in her pictures.

There are techniques to taking these types of pictures. Show off the curves! This is something real photographers should know already.

Sports stuff looks good. Love the first one of the basketball player. Applaud you, since it is hard to shoot in those kind of arenas. Portrait stuff does need work. No way are you in the fauxtog category. I saw most of your problems were in the skin tone. Might need to use a grey card to measure the light intensity outside. I also saw that according to the shadows you were shooting around 5 or 6. Good time, but you may need to concentrate on some shade on some of those photos.

Also, you may need to calibrate your monitor with you images. That could be an issue with the washed out reds.

While you shouldn’t quit portraits, it looks like your niche may be in sport action. May want to concentrate more on it and become even better. Have some friends who make a lot of money on just sport action photos.

They don’t really look like photographer photos as they look like just candid shots. Some of them, you cannot see the face at all. Probably should study under someone or just keep taking pictures until you start seeing a difference. Really study the white balance and the depth of field.

But just keep practicing and practicing. Take your camera with you everywhere! If you are serious about this, practice is the best thing to really get better. Also, there is one where the little girl is kind of doing a sexy pose. IMO I would stay away with that since it just doesn’t fit with me moral. I’m not a Toddler and Tiara kind of person. Take a photo of her as a child and don’t grow her up to much in your photos.

After seeing that photo from Mrs. Woo’s link and price tag, I don’t want to live on this planet anymore!

Photos look good, and in no way are you a fauxtog, but I agree it is a white balance issue. The OP did say she uses auto WB, and any photographer knows that the auto will not always get it right, if ever IMO. Next time, try playing with the white balance, use a grey card or play with the kelvins settings. You will at least see a difference somewhere.

You can tell that your newer stuff looks better than your older shots, which is a sign of progress. I know your style is that retro look, but a lot of your photos would look IMO, better with the bright colors popping out and you seeing more of the reds, blues and greens. Like I said, just my opinion though.
