I dont know whats worse, people actually paying her for that crap or her calling herself a professional photographer.

    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=257685324383053&set=a.257685131049739.1073741875.252322141586038&type=3&theater
OR people actually trusting her to hang a baby like this. I hope she had a spotter or beanbag under it. Probably not.

The catch light in the people eyes look likes two light sources, I doubt its strobes or flashes.

Her props is over the top and she probably stay in automatic mode. Everything looks the same. Just bad bad bad

Just went to your website to give my feedback I’m far from a pro but maybe it will help.
The ‘Little Ones’ gallery look like candid and snapshots. The kids is looking up at you and your not down on their level. I see your daughter is your main subject but try to take picture of other children like friends and family. You don’t need a sepia and color version of the boy. A little posing a good background will make a image 10 times better.

The Corporate looks a little better the man and woman on the wall is out of focus and the kids at the bottom seem out of place in that category.

The family category need more color and you should work on your cropping like not cropping fingers and hands. It looks like you got a favorite bench at the park. Get the kids standing up and running around if that’s what you want. Tell jokes get them to laugh and not have force smiles.

I first thought Adult photography was nude so maybe change the name to portraits. The girl in the bathing suit looks like something different from the rest of the album. She have to be a model so she know how to work the camera and pose. The rest of the people need work its your job to pose them and again too many black and white. The man standing on the tree could of been a nice shot but his hoodie draws my eyes towards it. That’s why most photographers prefer simple solid clothing.

That’s just my take. You came here to learn which is good.

Too much skin smoothing on most of the models, and some of the poses don’t look ‘sexy’ but scary..

Only show your best work on your portfolio, have a separate section on your site for client access only. I don’t know how many photos that will be but keep it low. I haven’t looked at the photos yet I basically got lazy and didn’t want to check out each gallery. If I was a client I wouldn’t want to click each separate session.

You improve much much better looks good to me. How old was the first baby it looks wide awake lol. Baby on top right looks scary and the rest looks good. I got a newborn shot in December and want to know what did you put under the blanket to pose or is that a beanbag? Also you should be proud of that collage don’t forget where you came from and how you started.

Nobody is really telling you how to improve  but maybe it was the way you came off earlier..

Photographing is not all about pressing the shutter button. Its….

Iso, shutter speed, aperture, exposure , white balance

lighting, reflecting light, dof, raw (do you use it?), metering, focusing, focus points, composition.

    Probably missed more technology stuff

    Plus

running a business, working with people, poses, paying attention to detail like the background. the weather and how to work with the sun and shade, getting real smiles vs fake smiles, the location, the clothes, props, getting different angle shots, must have shots, post processing and marketing.

its probably more but my head hurt from thinking. Basically its just a lot to learn.

Let me try to help you given that I’m new to this also and haven’t post anything online yet.

Your photos lacks that ‘pop’,  the colors need to stand out more. Maybe post processing will help.

I would like to see more bokeh and less background. What f stop where you using?

I don’t know a thing about shooting weddings but the poses need worked on, looks like they just doing whatever, you being the professional need to control the poses more.

I feel Facebook should be treated like a portfolio and only show your best work not a whole wedding. Maybe a dedicated website with a password for the clients to just view their photos.

The  wedding photos look candid which may be good for the clients but not good if your  trying to get new clients.

I’m sorry but the backdrop with the baby is just UGLY. I don’t know a thing about studio backdrops for babies but I’ll try for a white seamless backdrop but that will mean to learn how to light the background to get it all white which means more flashes and triggers.

It can be worked on but you just got to be willing to learn. I’m trying to learn more everyday but I do know a flash on a light stand with a softbox or umbrella  will give better results than the flash on a bracket. Just my 2 cents

Thanks for the feedback but should I create a facebook NOW with few pictures or should I WAIT like months until I get more practice.

I’m working on a name now for a website and other platforms in the future.
