That seems plausible. He definitely says 85 in the video. I only did test shots and deleted them.

    full frame?  I’m with you on the 135 . . . . .  The one photo JJ did complement was shot with a 135 2.8 . . . . .

These aren’t exactly what we’re talking about, but they were all done at 85mm.

I do have an old 135mm FD I rebuilt with an EF mount but I never liked it. I will have to take it out again and see how it is for headshots.

The chicks look damn sexy, especially the blonde. I forgot if you mentioned it before but do you shoot full frame?

Btw, Peter Hurley emailed me earlier today, I can’t believe it https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/561779_218420221617158_1853536823_n.jpg

and then I talked on the phone with him and he said my photos were awesome and asked who my makeup artist was, and said  I can never have enough squinting in my photos and I should do that more. He said I could call him anytime too. I guess I’m no fauxtog!

Yes, the blonde is my ex. I’m shooting with an MKII as well, although I had a 5D classic for a while.

I tried the squinting with women and it sucked. If I ever shoot males, I’ll try it again.
