Briefly: Load the image into your Flickr account. View the image in Flickr. Copy the URL, from ‘http’ to the end of the numbers. Paste the URL onto its own line here. When you Submit, the image should appear.
A few other sites seem to work as well, but many will just display the URL. A few sites seem to have the URL blocked, so your whole post just disappears.
