This could have been a photo showing off the subject’s long, beautiful hair. Instead, it gave me nystagmus. I didn’t notice the her hair until I recovered.

That was my guess too, that it’s about the hair. I’m still dizzy just thinking about the shot.

The technique of having the clothing match the background is frequently used by pros, although to *much* better effect.
