  1. this isn’t that bad i have seen way worse, many kids cry in their sessions

    • I think you are missing the point. Drab wall, rusty metal, grey grass and decorations that look like they were salvaged from a dumpster. Totally screams “Happy Easter!” ya think? lol.. If I were that kid I would want to cry too!
Not all photography work is clicking a camera. You have to have some eye for design and know how to present the idea. The unhappy kid was the least of the issue here!

  2. Not to mention the fact that all this effort was put into lining up these decorations and no effort was put into the subject. The framing is terrible, a poor kid lost in a sea of crap … and then the idea that you have to spell out Easter just so people will know why the hell you took the picture in the first place. More and more, all these “photographs” of people with props and locations that no one has a clue as to why one is relevant to the other … always a shot more about the props and not the subject.
Pure scrap it off your shoes before you step on the carpet crap.

    • Pretty much. Stupid pic about crappy props and not at all about the poor kid. A happy kid with an Easter egg would swim circles around this tripe.

I thought the whole point of portaiture was to capture the subject, not the tacky props.

  4. Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it
to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I
    had to tell someone!
