No wonder the baby looks so sad, the world around her is so bleak and lifeless!

I don’t get the point of this LOL REALLY?

  2. Crystal

I don’t think we’re in Kansas anymore, Toto.

    • Crystal

In all seriousness though, and in the spirit of constructive criticism.. First.. spot color makes me vomit. Second, what exactly what the photographer wanting to be the subject in this instance? You can’t photograph a huge tree, put a small baby underneath it and expect the baby to stand out. It just DOESN’T work that way.

      • This isn’t even spot color, this is just a case of “I don’t know what the f@#k I’m doing”!!!

        Photgraphy…classic. I guess they’re a photgrapher.

  3. oh wow. that’s sad!

  4. Chelsie

    OMG. this is horrible! LMAO!

  5. who thinks of this shit

  6. Viewer

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. and HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA.

  7. hahahahahahahahahahahahaha absolutely NO talent. How is this even considered art?

  8. Did they intentionally spell photography wrong?

  9. That poor child. How original, just splat! a big blotch of color. This doesn’t even make sense.

  10. Rock-a-bye-baby, on the TREE TOP when the wind blows the cradle will rock, when the bough breaks, the baby will FALL and down will come baby cradle and all. Now where’s that cradle?

I wish the photographer had learnt to spell “Photography”… That might have been a start.

    • OMG!!!…that is sooo funny…I didn’t even notice it at first horrid glance…. I was drawn to the sad and bad example of selective colouring on the other side of the photo……The baby is sad because she knew what kind of crap the feuxtographer was going to do with the picture!!

    • OMG – both the photo and the comment. Google “photgraphy” – there are PAGES of it. Apparently, a common problem among fauxtogs . . . . . .

This is the dumbest picture I have ever seen. Right down to the illiteracy. Is this what it’s like when you have macular degeneration, ya think? I suppose we shouldn’t be so harsh, for all we know this “photgrapher” is blind. For their sake, let’s hope they are.

  13. Siobhan

Hahahaha, really what sort of fuckwit made this?

    • It’s my birthday, so I’ll say what I like, I’m with you on this one Siobhan. Fuckwit is the right word – in fact it seems to be a term you can apply to all the photographers we see here. If people will pay for this sort of shit, then I’ll become a professional as soon as I wake up this morning. šŸ™‚

Ever feel like the world is closing in on you? So does she.

  15. I appreciate this from a fine art standpoint, but I don’t think it necessarily works for a toddler session.

  16. Faith S.

Suddenly the “Raven” comes to mind! Ah, distinctly I remember, it was in the bleak December. Tis a sad shot for sure.

  17. Dorinda

OMG, the photographer couldn’t even spell PHOTOGRAPHER right in their logo!! And that’s super lazy spot color when you don’t take the time to select the baby, just grab a big blob of area around the baby.

  18. FalconGTHO

    “”You Are NOT a Photographer”

Thats OK, youre right, Im a “Photgrapher”.

  19. spike

    …or foWTograFer?

Not that anything is particularly in focus, but the poor baby is more out-of-focus than the leaves/blossoms in the foreground.

But what I don’t get is WHY? The bit that is in colour suggests that the tree and ground beneath the tree are both covered in pretty pink blossoms that just match what Baby is wearing…so why desaturate what might have established a theme for the composition. This could have worked had it been focused better and composed a bit differently and without spot colour.

Kinda like saying a Spam sandwich would be better without all that Spam..or something.

  20. BurninBiomass

The real B&W world is closing in on Oz.

  21. Any closer to the corner to the frame and the baby will fall out.

  22. can i unsee this? please…

  23. Kimmy B.

    Rainbow Brite at 6 months?

  24. somebody take the camera out of the hands of this person

  25. omg i just noticed the miss spelled watermark!!

  26. Aubrey

    THERE she is!

  27. KarmaBitch

I happen to know that this “photgrapher” specialized in “boudoir” pictures. Can you even IMAGINE how classy those gems were? I can just invidion a topless photo with only one areola with a blotch of color and the rest of the pic B&W.

    • KarmaBitch

      Whoops… *invision*…
That form of illiteracy must be contagious.

  28. Did someone PAY for this? I hope not.
