nairbynairbParticipantnairbynairbParticipant
The other day I was watching a show and they did close-ups of the two people talking and obviously they lit both differently. I was so angry that the sun was on the wrong side for one of the characters on the close-up but not on the panned out view. I pointed it out to my girlfriend and she told me I was weird for noticing stuff like that.
nairbynairbParticipantHere’s a picture I took of my buddy in the winter before/after

nairbynairbParticipantI like your subjects!
For the photos with the flash you should try and balance the ambient light a little better… the flash is too powerful and they just look like snapshots with a point-and-shoot – imo.
Keep going though!
nairbynairbParticipantLol don’t click on it. It might not be malicious – but it doesn’t work either.
nairbynairbParticipantIHP summed it up nicely.
She charges like a pro, and people CHOOSE her as their photographer. They’re aware of the quality (or lack of) she offers. As bad as it is, from a business side she has one up on most fauxtographers.
nairbynairbParticipantI agree with cameraclicker…
You have some really good shots mixed with a bunch of mediocre shots…
For example…
You have this one: https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/64207_612526935443585_1560452920_n.jpg
(which is pretty good, minus a bit of post-processing that it needs)and followed by that you have: https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/14004_612526925443586_119512598_n.jpg
Pick the photos you share to your clients and potential clients more carefully. Make sure that every picture you post you are proud of and would deliver.
Love this photo: https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/65517_599098016786477_607132759_n.jpg
Oh, and one more little thing,
https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/424870_570421516320794_197362546_n.jpg
In this one she’s looking to her left but the negative space is to the right… Negative space should usually be in the direction the person/subject is facing and/or looking… good photo though 🙂
nairbynairbParticipantI love the recent additions.
I think you nailed it with April 16th. I love that style of image 🙂nairbynairbParticipantContent unavailable. 😛
nairbynairbParticipantLol, that was funny. Their photography was so bad! I wouldn’t have charged for that at all, let alone $1300
nairbynairbParticipantIf your teacher made that image you posted, I wouldn’t take not-winning to heart… Just sayin’
nairbynairbParticipantLike 8 of the first pics I clicked on had bad selective colouring lol…
And then I came across this on there: http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/226545_10151298138542038_1613216111_n.jpg
nairbynairbParticipantHaha, thank you!
She’s been just a perfect little baby 🙂
nairbynairbParticipantI just copy the URL when I’m viewing the pic in the lightbox 😛
