White balance and skin tones are the hardest things for me. I find that looking at tons of properly balanced photos until my eyes bleed helps. Looking at your photos, I see you’re going too warm on almost everything.

I’d rate you Person with DSLR. Meaning that most people with a DSLR and little practice could manage creating photos of this quality.

Not terrible. I don’t know if these photos are really worth money though.

As photographers in a time when anybody can take descent shots with an iPhone, we really have to perform above and beyond to justify our existence and charging for our services. I’d work on the tones. Try and make the skin as accurate as possible.
