Check this guy out! He love to write articles with bias and no factual information. Not to mention he can’t focus properly .
He has the balls to charge people for photography lessons!!!
fotopoopieParticipantI prefer to use my Camera to take photos and a phone to order pizza! The two should never be used for the same thing. 😉

fotopoopieParticipantI’ve look through your photo stream.
Straighten out your photos! Also you could use some off camera flash to bring out your subject.
That’s all I will say about that!
Keep shooting!
FTW!

fotopoopieParticipantPictures are a little flat ( colors/contrast )
Some eyes look kinda funky and over processed. ( Don’t do that!)
Try not to cut limbs off at wrists or chop off an elbow.
Remember your rule of thirds
Stop down a little bit and take a few steps back to get a little more sense of location and show the viewer whats going on on the scene. ( Not so much that it looks like a snap shot.)

fotopoopieParticipantBy the way I learned more from using a 50 and 85 mm prime then the cheap O kit. Bottom line get a body and the fastest prime you can afford. Take some pictures and work for it! The first 10,000 pictures you will take will be your worst anyway, everyone has to start somewhere!
Shoot away!
FTW!

fotopoopieParticipantSocial media is a bad place to talk shit about anyone or anything. You NEVER know when it will come back to haunt you. Save it for the forums like I do 😉
FTW!

fotopoopieParticipantTTL flash is good only for on the fly event photography. Even if your camera has High speed sync anything over 250 with not effectively expose for the sun.
I agree with Thomas !
If you can’t under expose the sun without going over 200/250 manual sync then use a neutral density filter like the old days. Manual is the way to go FTW!
fotopoopieParticipantCameraclicker, their work isn’t that bad at all for the money. I saw some issues here and there, but who is perfect. It just proves my point that they are had to find. Personally I live in NJ. It’s full of local fauxs that are horrible. They don’t bother trying to compete with NY because they can’t.
I like how in this thread alarnold decided to post someone who is clearly not a faux. It’s nice to see photographers who inspire others here.
Maybe there should be a new thread called ” Photographers who inspire us and why ”

fotopoopieParticipantMaybe it’s a witch hunt. Maybe they don’t all belong on the front page. But it’s still shitty work. I also grew tired of only seeing shitty photographers from no relevant podunk Hillbilly places. Of course there are going to be a lot fauxs there.
New York and CA are fashion capitols. I whist wanted to prove a point that its harder to find shit in more talented cities

fotopoopieParticipantOk guys, thanks for making this topic happen. It seems that the Ca ones try real hard but miss the mark a bit. I didn’t see any epic fails. here’s a few bad ones I found on Craigslist.
New York City.

California.
These are some pretty bad wedding photos.
only $500 for a wedding.

These are pretty bad also. charging $800 on Craigslist for a full day of photography.
More to come.
