Thanks very much for all your help.  I don’t have a clue why I don’t have the open button either, unless you have to make so many posts before you are allowed that function, maybe?   I’ll keep trying, I’ve got your instructios now but am failing miserably

The Edit button appeared on this one, just after I posted but there isn’t any on my old posts. 🙁

Is it only possible to edit the first post, or is there some way to edit posts made after that?

Panic over,he now has a new logo,so photos are bound to be better right?.For goodness sakes,a change of name,a new logo, these things dont improve your photos or get you any more business.Taking a good photo might be a good place to start,a name change/new logo changes nothing at all.If you really want to be accepted as a pro, first of all,act like one,and second take good photos and leave the ego out of it.Also a true professional would have 2 cameras and not have to borrow from a friend when your camera is being fixed. Also a pro would not shove up every single shot from a photoshoot, and not ( so it seems) pay any attention as to whether they are sharp/focused etc etc first.Seriously how can photos be so obviously out of focus to others but people still praise these idiots that call themselves pro’s and tell them how great there photos are.

Quote from his fb page………….I’m Mike and I am a Plymouth based professional photographer.

    Another quote

I specialise in live music ( THIS MUST BE A SAMPLE OF HIS SPECIALITY THEN)…https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.468818399827910.109621.100000992621355&type=3

Some great event photography here ( another type of photography he claims to specialise in )..https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.447805451929205.104513.100000992621355&type=3

Some beautiful wedding shots from her have just been added. She recently sold her canon 500d and upgraded to a canon 7d,but still uses the most awful effects on her photos.Ive thought many times, why upgrade from an entry level to a more pro camera if all you’re going to do is cover up the photos with tons of  crap effects. You are better off using a cheap point and shoot if all you want to do is treat photography as an adults version of a colouring in book. Also is it possible to shoot anyone using a vignette( especailly the white ones) on wedding photos….unless its done properly/tastefully.

i will now quit trying to be better at taking photos and just try and be shit from now on…its obviously a waste of time trying to produce good images.

How bad is the eyesight of some people to make comments like this on these awful wedding photos.

Nerve wracking making sure you got it right I bet? looks like you did.

I was breifly talking to a friend of mine who said these are some of the worst wedding photos he had ever seen.It amazes me that she had gone through all the photos and thought the ones that were all orange beacuse of the wrong wb setting, and the ones that are out of focus/badly blurred were good enough to post to show what she can do.I mean how do you not notice things like major blurred faces, how is that possible?.I dont think she really understands enough about aperture or shutter speed, and just clicks away,so a point and shoot would be more beneficial if this is the best she can do,and if she actually thinks these images are of a good enough quality/standard.Im not a pro,but sure as hell would not put any photos up if they were this bad.It does get better as she has just bought a fisheye lens,as i truly believe she is more concerned about buying lenses than actually trying to use what she has already and do a good job.

Just copied this from her wix website

I have been taking photo’s for many years, but only really got passionate about it in 2010.

I am still learning quite a lot about my camera and all the jargon that goes with photography.  So as I grow, so will my page.

My passion is live bands and portrait photography, I do sometimes take the occasional photo of landscapes and flowers, which will also be included in this book.
Now, as you move through my book, you will see a few of my most treasured photos.

Canon 500d also canon 7d ( which is away being repaired)

love my canon 50mm 1.8,also sigma 17-70mm,in the process of saving for the canon 24-70 2.8 mk2.( first massive lens purchase).

Sometime will save for a 85mm 1.8 and also the 70-200 f2.8 is…its a bloody expensive thing photography.

also have a canon 430 ex mk2 speedlite which i mainly use for stuff  like parties or any wedding photos i take,as most of the time lighting is awful and it brings images to life a bit.
