Please note that the copy reads the photographer was trespassing.
Please know that railroad tracks are not public property.

Some outside of Georgia and/or the film industry might not know about this case, but it’s a big deal here and in the industry.  One person was killed and multiple folks injured because they were filming on tracks where they had been DENIED permission to film:

“Sarah Jones’ death in February while working on the set of the Gregg Allman biopic Midnight Rider, outside Savannah, has been treated as a tragedy, a crime, and a scandal. But one thing is certain: It’s the most high-profile production accident in years.”

Safety should be a regular consideration when doing photography.

A woman was seriously injured the other day when she fell off a bridge while trying to take a photo!  http://www.torontosun.com/2014/10/29/woman-plunges-off-highway-of-heroes-overpass

Several people have fallen at Niagara Falls while taking photos, usually it doesn’t end well.  Here is a news article from one event:  http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2011/08/15/student_swept_over_niagara_falls.html

It’s not just trespassing, or trains, safety should be a regular part of the process.
