ParticipantWhen I see output like “rosephotographybylisa”, it just makes me think, “there out to be a law”. I’ll hand it to these fauxs though. They sure can rack up the business and “likes”. I’m sorry but I don’t do business with someone who can’t take a decent shot to save their life or someone who wants to shoot my “portrate”.

ParticipantThis woman announced on a local photography group that she re-opened her page. Apparently she took it down because people were bashing her photography. I see why – these are horrid!
I swear, I see half of a nipple under her wedding dress in this one.

ParticipantBobbi Rose Photography. If you go to her website: bobbirosephotog.com and watch the slideshow, your eyes will fall out of your head and go orbiting into space. No, not really, you’ll just see a jumbled mess of wedding, portrait, “artistic” and landscape shots. And she is charging $1000-$1500 for a wedding. $1500 gets you 9 hours. Lucky you!

Random thought: Whenever I come across a fauxtogs Facebook page and their hours are listed as “always open,” I have the burning desire to call them at some obscene hour of the night and giggle as I listen to them get frazzled when I point out that they did say they were always open.

September 29, 2014 at 9:12 am #22517ParticipantGlad to see I’ve found some like minded folks 😉 And I love how Maria Ann is trying to make it look like she’s shooting for free (presumably so she can defend her crappy work to anyone who calls her out again) but then once you scroll down a bit, surprise! Not free.
So as I was punching typical fauxtog business names into the Facebook search bar, I came across this beauty. We’ve got it all (except for selective color I believe) ladies and gents! Missed focus, overly shopped glowy eyes, poor wb, terrible composition and a winner of a name to boot: “Simply Sweet Photography.” Kill me now.
