Wondering what you all think of this woman’s work: http://www.hillarystraterphotography.com/
Is it me or does she have some issues with muddy color?
March 30, 2014 at 1:41 pm #18024It Makes My Eyes BurnParticipantI happened to stumble across this fauxtog because she was harrassing another better pro about her prices and posting her own $20 per session prices on this person photo page. So I decided to take a look and to me the $20 per session fee is way too much for her snapshots. It was kinda like stumbling across a goldmine for this page.

March 30, 2014 at 1:44 pm #18025It Makes My Eyes BurnParticipantTimeless wedding photos, just what everyone loves to have of their wedding! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10201422518143473&set=a.10201422379019995.1073741846.1190467512&type=1&theater
March 30, 2014 at 1:49 pm #18026It Makes My Eyes BurnParticipantOh, and since shes running stuff from her personal page also, you can find more of her shots there that are of the same quality. And its posted all over about why should you pay $100’s for photos when there are others out there that do it cheaper.
March 30, 2014 at 4:04 pm #18027cass335ParticipantWow those are bad. How do people get models/other people to actually pose like this?? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10203121418174912&set=pcb.10203121433215288&type=1&theater
Here is one from a random search. I must be missing something because they have over 7,000 likes. But they have glowing people, selective coloring, weird filters and fake sunflare….

March 30, 2014 at 10:10 pm #18039Rise Against FauxtogsParticipantOh Lord help us….Digital Memories has new “sets” for Easter. I don’t understand how she can continue to purchase all these cheesy sets and charge $60 for a shoot (complete with a CD of full sized images).
Yes, that is steam coming out of my ears.

April 1, 2014 at 8:56 am #18055Rise Against FauxtogsParticipantI believe I have found the mother of all MWAC fauxtogs. Blue babies, random cut and paste jobs, heads sitting on logs. .. this is a classic.
One thing: you can look, but please don’t steal her photos. Oh wait. She’s made sure to watermark them well so you won’t be tempted. 🙂
April 1, 2014 at 12:45 pm #18056nesgranParticipantdearie me, those shots were truly awful
April 1, 2014 at 6:33 pm #18057inkh3art3dParticipantLots of terrified babies:

April 1, 2014 at 7:26 pm #18058ProWedParticipantAlso pretty f**cking awful https://www.facebook.com/pages/Raymond-Nieto-Photography/287008855353
April 1, 2014 at 8:33 pm #18059BillParticipantJust saw this and waiting for fauxtogs to start offering this type of session for next to nothing.
April 1, 2014 at 9:12 pm #18063inkh3art3dParticipantBill, that’s the best thing I’ve ever seen. Ever.
April 2, 2014 at 8:38 am #18075Worst Case ScenarioParticipantOne thing: you can look, but please don’t steal her photos. Oh wait. She’s made sure to watermark them well so you won’t be tempted. 🙂
Wow those where awful, and I’m betting the fat girls really appreciated having JELLY BELLY PHOTOGRAPHY plastered over their images.
April 2, 2014 at 8:26 pm #18082inkh3art3dParticipantThis photographer had a beautiful subject. She just got lost amid all the strange editing.

I get the point is to make your model look and feel fabulous, but what is this about?
There are several photos where the photog used a Gaussian blur on the background but didn’t get close enough to the subject’s body to make sense.
I don’t know, guys. What do you think?
April 2, 2014 at 9:19 pm #18084cameraclickerParticipantI think you are correct.
