Time for a price decrease! It can’t be the quality of work, so it must be the price keeping people away 😉

I was going through YouTube and came across this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AoaNMWvfZE, the speaker was a news reporter that changed to portraits and weddings. His talk won’t fix everything that’s wrong with that photo, but it could help with the light.
March 17, 2014 at 2:04 pm #17765joehomeownerParticipantBut guys, there’s a cooooool reflection in the water!

I agree, maybe the quality isn’t quite there yet, but at least she seems to be trying to be original – I thought she was interesting. I don’t think she’s a faux.

I think they look hideous. I also think they were done that way with purpose as they are pretty consistent. It looks like a combination of over exposure and post processing. That means we have different tastes.
March 18, 2014 at 6:42 am #17774Worst Case ScenarioParticipantI quite like them! There’s a few that could be better but it’s someone trying to be creative, not someone who doesn’t have a clue.
March 18, 2014 at 10:18 am #17782wtfParticipantI like them. The photographer could use some light and wb help however as I looked through the images I couldn’t decide if they were film or digital. I like the nostalgic quality. I can see the fashion/avant garde feel to the images.
March 20, 2014 at 12:05 am #17816iliketagParticipantOk, ok, so this is a little off… As in, this is not necessarily front page worthy work… but the feeling I got from reading this Craigslist post is definitely on par with the idea.

Seriously though, that is one of the creepiest ads I’ve come across.
March 20, 2014 at 5:13 am #17817emfParticipanteeew – what a creep. That guy has spent WAY too much time thinking about it! Can’t he just say boudoir and be done with it?
March 20, 2014 at 6:34 am #17818cameraclickerParticipantI wish he would spend a little longer thinking about it and make the text more readable. Between his ad and web page, there are a couple of photos with iffy focus and web page controls are inconsistent but I liked most of his photos.
Two of you found the ad creepy! Why?
March 20, 2014 at 1:02 pm #17819fauxsucksParticipantEverything about this one screams faux:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fiendishly-Famous-Photography/188171344016I particularly love this photo, though:

Flowers in the mouth…selective coloring…

For me it’s just the amount of detail he goes into describing what kind of shoots he offers. He gives off a bit of creep vibe.
