    Oh and here is a photo a took of my friends 6 day old baby this was with all natural light opinions??

     

    Usually 1/24th is too slow unless you are on a tripod, and you are sure your subject will not move.  Since your focal length is only 20 mm, the rule of thumb says you can get away with it.  You still have to worry about subject movement causing blur. Aperture is f/3.5 and ISO is 800, you don’t have much light.

    The blanket is not a good choice, far too busy.  It detracts from your subject.

    unlikely properly exposed, even before processing. The camera left eye goes so dark. Light source is too small and not enough power and positioned in the wrong place. You should play around with more natural light if you can’t afford studio strobes. Studio lighting is fun but it’s typically not done with continuous light.

    pull some swipes for reference for light that you want to emulate. post to us and we may be able to tell you how to achieve that light.
