Look at it this way.  Only we as the photographer have the ability, expertise, and own what we need to make the finished product, unless of course your finished product is digital files and not photographs, then you might have more of  a problem.  Even then, people are going to nab, even if you ask them not to.  It’s a digital age, and making a huge stink about it and/or watermarking the poop out of your work just looks bad.
