Well this whole discussion is moot anyway.  It won’t ever go before a judge.  It’d be unnecessary as all get out.  She’ll just carry on as she has been, and so will the blog.  I’d like to think it would affect her business of selling to naive photographers, but in reality it won’t.  Not only will this get buried rather quickly, but she’s very good at what she does, and her followers/customers absolutely love her persona.  She’s a gold mine, and sponsors don’t care about “petty” stuff like this.  In the big scheme of things it’s about money and the ability to generate it.  She’ll be fine
