Considering his page started on October 12th this year, and there’s barely any interaction or activity going on on his page (I only have a hundred “fans” and get much more interaction than that lol) the likes were most likely bought.  You can buy likes to just like your page, and you can also buy them for posts.  Hence the reason why all his linkers are not from his area.  Pretty pathetic behavior .  I’d be so ashamed and embarrassed.
