With a Nikon d700 I’ve gone as high as ISO 3200 shooting RAW and good ole LR for some decent noise reduction.
It really depends on the scene
How much darkness is there
Shadows
Available light
Above all I never use flash while shooting a wedding
Only for the posed portraits if needed
