Matt Exnine Photography is horrible, and I’m not surprised the client refused to pay. I also do not have experience doing pet portraits so I wouldn’t advertise myself for hire for that genre. A girl in my town does some really nice pet portraits and I’d totally pay her if that was what I was looking for.
