Vogue has a cover archive, and that cover is not in it! Though, I only went back as far as 1942. That would have to have been a cover from around Aug. 2012, or 2013 since it shows the US price as $4.50 and the price went from $3.99 to $4.99 pretty quickly. It is amazing how their covers have changed with changes in technology and management. Country to country the look is different, too.
Before looking at so many Vogue issues I was going to say his photography was fine, but he needs a new and better retoucher. After looking at Vogue I think he would fit right in. They have lots of plastic skin too!
