Yikes. Justine, look up the definition of harassment. it has nothing remotely to do with talking about someone behind their back (or out in the open for that matter.) Harassment is constant, brutal verbal attacks on someone, escalating to the point of them being in danger. It could be following them around, leaving threats, repeated threatening emails or phone calls, etc.  Usually it causes the person to fear for the safety of themselves or their family, or to miss work/school as a direct result.

If you and your fiance were never apart, why did you post your “love story” saying you were together, then he left for another girl, then he came back to you?
