Well… I’m already on record saying I don’t like the low contrast, light on the lens, look that gives a veil in front of the image.  Since “P.S. I know my photos are a little on the overexposed side and that is the feel I go for, its kinda my style”, I’ll agree to disagree and leave that alone.

The second last (polka-dots) is my favourite of the group, ’cause the eyes are fairly riveting.  The girl digging in the bucket looks engaged.  The first one of the woman sitting on the beach with balloons has an out of focus and empty foreground and the background is soft as well.  She is kind of there in the middle distance, but there is no engagement with the viewer.  What strikes me most about the photo is the light “V” with dark edges.  It looks a little like a flash was used but the flash was zoomed too much for the width of the lens.  Unless you want to say something beyond “pregnant”, I would crop much tighter, from just above the top of the balloons down to where the sand starts to be out of focus.  It could either keep the current width and become a panorama or crop the sides as well, to taste.  The other two don’t really speak to me, although, the crop for the B&W is perhaps where I would try out a crop of the balloons one.
