I really want it to be a butt. Now that the idea is in my head, I can’t see it any other way. I also want to draw a face on it, to go with the blurry tiara.
My uncle had a tumor like that once, minus the lameness.
That fetus is going to need more makeup, and some heels, if it expects to compete.
The flower has a toxic glow to it.
Maybe they dyes are running in the humidity.
More likely they smoothed the skin only a Gaussian blur.

it looks like a bald guy face down… but of course all that tulle and the fake rose and the teeny weeny tiara – and the no body context totally makes it obvious! anyway, it’s good the fauxtog focused on the plastic rose, clearly where s/he wanted you to look first!

As soon as I saw it, I thought it was a funeral for a boob, with a tiara pastie to top it off. This is where lack of context can really screw things up.
And come to think of it, it reminds me of the monkey-head-in-the-hole-in-the-table for, er, a type of culinary ‘delicacy’. (It’s 2am, I’ve had about 5 hours sleep in the last two days.)
The creativity in this shot is off the charts.
The least they could have done is drawn a face on it. Just lazy.
